Shipping Policy

Archival Arms makes all possible efforts to ensure that your purchases are delivered safely and promptly. We utilize third party shipping agencies, primarily UPS, to handle all shipments including international shipments, as a result shipping speeds will vary, we attempt to provide accurate estimates of shipping speed on checkout. If you would like a different shipping agency for your purchase please contact us to arrange it. Archival Arms does not accept liability for any packages damaged due to shipping or lost due to shipping and it is assumed that the buyer is aware of the risks of shipping. Due to these risks it is highly recommended that the buyer ensures the complete purchase value of their purchase to ensure that recourse is available if the package is lost or destroyed by the shipping process. Buyers should also be aware that due to the nature of the items, sets, and historical documents sold it is highly likely that replacement products may not be available. Archival Arms supports international shipping, but restricts all firearms and weapon purchases to nations and states in which they are legally allowed. We will not ship any firearms or destructive devices outside the United States, and restrict shipping in the United States by firearm to states in which said firearm is legally allowed. Archival Arms will only ship firearms to an FFL or Curio and Relics license holder if allowed.
Archival Arms follows all required ATF rules and regulations, all State regulations, and requests that buyers attempt to familiarize themselves with the firearm and destructive device regulations of their state before purchase. Archival Arms offers in person pickup by schedule only for premier collection items/sets and firearms. If you would like to pick up your purchase in person please contact us at least 1 week in advance to arrange your pickup in person. In person pick up is not available for NFA items or destructive devices unless we have already e-filed your transfer with the ATF and it has been approved.
