Return Policy

Archival Arms offers a 7 day unfired return policy for any firearms. Upon receipt the purchaser has the right to return said firearm within 7 days in an unfired condition. Archival Arms does not accept liability for malfunctions, damage, or personal Injury caused by the operation of said firearm during or after this inspection period. Archival Arms strives to document all components, and the functionality of firearms through proper test firing with limited exceptions including but not limited to; Firearms that replacement components are not available, Firearms that are listed and sold as non-functional, Firearms that are considered exceptionally rare and pose a substantial financial risk if damaged during testing. The purchaser accepts all sales of firearms “as is”.

Archival Arms offers a 7 day inspection and return period for all uniforms and militaria purchased via our store. Any uniform components must be returned in the same condition they are shipped and described in photos, if damaged during shipping a claim should be filed with the shipping agency as all shipments will be insured. Uniforms may not be returned if damaged due to wearing by the purchaser or any third-party. Uniforms that are included as part of our Uniform and Firearm Premier Collections are subject to the return policies of the firearm and may only be returned as a complete set including the firearm in unfired condition and the uniform in the conditions described above in our Uniform Return Policy.
